- Weekly practice - recorded video;
- Monthly live circle- Q&A + ritual:
- Month 1 — Air: breath, focus, mind training.
- Month 2 — Water: emotional literacy and release.
- Month 3 — Earth: embodied strength, sleep and restoration.
- Month 4 — Fire: will, work, and ritual practice.
- Month 5 — Spirit: integration, prayer, and daily witness.
- Month 6 — Integration month + closing rite (digital) and application for further mentorship.
