This is a process that moves through you - season by season, element by element, until you navigate your life from your own centre.
You begin by being heard.
I listen to where you are now, what is breaking,
what is calling.
From there, you follow the path of a medicine wheel - four elements, four archetypes, four thresholds.
Each takes three months.
Each strips away what no longer serves and builds what sustains you.
At the end of every element, you will cross a threshold rite to integrate all you have learned and fully become your new knowledge.
You are centred. You are embodied.
You know yourself from the inside out.
The first act is to LISTEN.
Before any framework is introduced, before any work begins, we sit with where you are.
Not where you think you should be.
Not where you were five years ago.
Where you are right now - the weight you are carrying, the questions that won't leave you alone, the places where you feel stuck, numb, or simply hollow despite everything you have built.
Most people arrive with a surface issue and a deeper one they haven't yet named. Both matter equally.
We begin with what you can see and we move, together, toward what you cannot yet articulate but know, somehow, is there.
This is witnessing. This is the practice of real attention.
From that first conversation, we establish your priorities - what needs to shift first, what needs to be held with care, and what the next twelve months of your life could actually look like if you committed fully to this work.
We map your terrain together. We name what is calling you and what is breaking you. We make sure you understand, before you take a single step into the medicine wheel, that you are not walking alone and that this process is designed specifically around you.
The Sacred Grove is a living process - responsive to who you are, structured enough to hold you safely, and deep enough to move you beyond the version of yourself you already know.
This is where it begins.
With an honest conversation between two people -
one of whom has walked this path many times and returned changed, and one of whom is
ready to walk it now.
Are you ready to be truly heard?

The Four Elements
We follow a holistic system - a medicine wheel.
Four elements. Four archetypes. Four thresholds.
Twelve months total. Three months per element.
Each element addresses the whole of you.
Not just your mind. Not just your emotions.
Your body, your spirit, your place in the world.
You begin with Air - clarity, conscious breathwork, and focus. You work with the archetype of the Father, addressing what needs to be healed and honoured.
From there, you move through Water - emotion, depth, grief. You work with the archetype of the Grandmother, navigating the emotional body with tools that last.
Then Earth - the Mother, grounding, foundation, strength. You build the solid ground beneath you, understanding your place in the world and what sustains you.
Finally, Fire - the Grandfather archetype. Courage and action. You kindle the will to move forward, to speak your truth, to do what needs to be done.
You spiral upward through the medicine wheel.
Each return brings deeper understanding, until you navigate yourself consciously from your own centre.
And when you complete the cycle, you can return as an Apprentice — moving through the wheel again, each time touching ground you thought you knew, and finding it deeper.
This is ancient, lived, embodied work.

Air - Clarity, Breath, Focus
You begin here.
With the Father archetype. With clarity.
Most people move through life in a fog - reacting, defending, pushing. Air clears that fog.
Through conscious, functional breathwork, through guided meditation, through writing and visualisation, you begin to see what is actually true about your situation. Not what you've been told. Not what you assume. What is actually there.
You learn to use your breath as an anchor. As a tool. As a way back to yourself when the noise gets loud.
This element establishes your foundation. You undergo the Health and Soul Audit - a comprehensive look at where you stand physically, emotionally, spiritually. You complete tasks and rites that prepare you for deeper work. You move through guided journeys designed to help you see clearly.
At the end of three months, you arrive at your first threshold - a rite of passage that marks your entry into the next phase. You do not cross it casually. You cross it knowing something has shifted in you.
The Father Sky archetype teaches you about clarity, about seeing, about the courage it takes to look at what is true.

Water - Emotion, Depth, Grief
You have seen clearly. Now you feel deeply. This is the work of the Grandmother archetype. This is where you meet your emotional body - not to fix it, not to transcend it, but to know it, to befriend it, to move through it with skill.
Water is where grief lives. Where longing lives. Where the places you've armoured yourself begin to soften. You learn tools that last - practices for navigating emotion, for staying present with what moves through you, for understanding what your body has been trying to tell you all along.
Through guided journeys, shadow work, water immersions and somatic movements, you go deeper into the terrain of feeling. You learn to distinguish between the emotions that belong to you and the ones you've been carrying for others. You learn to grieve what needs to be grieved. You learn to feel without being overwhelmed by feeling.
Grandmother Water teaches you about depth, about wisdom that comes from the emotional body, about the strength required to stay open when everything in you wants to close.
At the end of three months, you arrive at your second threshold - another rite of passage that marks your crossing from the emotional wilderness into grounded, embodied knowing.

Earth - Grounding, Foundation, Strength
You have seen. You have felt. Now you build.
This is the work of the Mother archetype. This is where you establish solid ground beneath you - understanding your place in the world, what sustains you, what holds you up when everything else falls away.
Earth is practical. Embodied. Real.
You work with your body in new ways - grounding practices, fitness levels, flexibility of movement, the physical anchors that keep you present and centered. You understand your relationship to the material world, to structure, to resources, to the people and places that sustain you.
Through this element, you discover what nourishes you and what depletes you. You build practices and structures that support your life. You learn what it means to be rooted - not stuck, but grounded. Not dependent, but held by something solid.
Mother Earth teaches you about foundation, about the strength that comes from knowing where you stand, about the generosity of the earth itself. She teaches you that you belong here.
At the end of three months, you arrive at your third threshold - a rite of passage that marks your crossing from building into action, from preparation into will.

Fire - Courage, Will, Action
You have moved through Air, Water, and Earth.
You have seen clearly. You have felt deeply. You have grounded yourself. Now comes Fire.
This is the work of the Grandfather archetype. This is where you kindle the will to move forward. To speak your truth. To do what needs to be done.
Fire is controlling your aggression. Fire is managing your own flame. Fire is the courage to act from your centre. To move, to speak, to claim your place in the world. Through sitting with fire, through guided journeys, candle meditations, through release and renewal rites designed to ignite your will, you learn what it means to take action aligned with who you actually are.
You learn to distinguish between the will that comes from fear and the will that comes from courage.
You learn to speak what needs to be spoken. You learn to move when movement is required. You learn to do the thing that only you can do.
Grandfather Fire teaches you about courage, about the power required to act even with fear, about the responsibility that comes with knowing yourself.
At the end of three months, you arrive at your fourth threshold - the FIRE ceremony- a significant rite of passage.
You will then have completed the wheel.

It requires commitment. It requires showing up.
It requires a willingness to move beyond the version of yourself you already know.
Before we begin, we need to understand if this is the right fit - for you, and for the work we do together.
The first step is an application, so I can listen to your story, understand where you are, and know whether the mentorship is what you need right now.
It is for anyone over 21 upon application and agreement.
If there is alignment, we move to a discovery call.
This is a real conversation - sixty minutes where we explore what the next twelve months could look like for
you, answer your questions, and determine together whether you are ready to walk the medicine wheel.
The mentorship runs for twelve months, element- threshold rite- element, in 3 month cycles.
The investment reflects the depth of the work,
the personal attention, and the real
transformation that happens.
You will be cared for. You will be challenged.
You will be empowered.
We discuss this fully on the discovery call.
There are no surprises. No pressure. Only clarity.
If you are ready to explore whether this is your path, begin here.

Each element ends with a threshold rite.
This is not a ceremony you observe.
This is a crossing you undergo.
A rite of passage marks the movement from one way of being into another. It is the place where the old version of you is acknowledged and released, and the new version of you is initiated into what comes next.
Each threshold rite is specific to the element and to an extent to you - to where you are, to what you have moved through, to what is asking to be claimed.
What happens in a threshold rite cannot be rushed. Cannot be performed. Cannot be faked. It is real work.
It is real passage. It is the moment where the interior shifts become visible, undeniable, marked.

THE APPRENTICE PATH
When you complete the twelve-month cycle, you have moved through one cycle of the medicine wheel.
You have crossed four thresholds.
You have been initiated.
You understand yourself from your own centre.
You can stop there. Many do. The work is complete.
Or you can return.
As an Apprentice.
The Apprentice path is a return to Air, to Water, to Earth, to Fire - but you are not the same person returning.
You have walked the wheel once. You know the terrain. You know what lives in each element. You know what the thresholds demand.
When you return as an Apprentice, you go deeper. The same framework holds you. The same archetypes guide you. The same elements move through you.
But the work is not repetition. It is deepening. It is spiralling upward through ground you thought you knew, and finding it has more to teach you.
Some people return once. Some return many times. There is no fixed number. The Apprentice path is available to you for as long as you are willing to walk it.

This is not theory alone.
It is a practice.
This is ancient, lived, embodied work.
