Our Sacred Trails are a spiritual journey, an adventure for the body, mind and soul, held in pristine nature. Walk the healing path on our guided slack-packing hikes and transformation process, with over 6 days in the mountain forests of Tsistikamma 

Your professional guides will keep you safe whilst we walk on a true Journey to the Heart! This full pilgrimage takes you closer to the Compassionate Divine within You, with wilderness hiking during the day to new campsites, and immersive tools and exercises to open our Hearts. Some of the time on these shamanic retreats will be spent alone to reflect & grow.

Weekend in-person course

On this in-person course you will learn to identify and use many of the most effective and safe medicinal plants of South Africa. 

Workshops begin at 10am on the Saturday and we run until around 3pm, with tea and a short 'bring and share' snackie lunch break to keep us going.

During the full day Saturday & Sunday sessions we will discuss and review a number of medicinal plants, with our new illustrated note book provided with the course for your further study and reference. 

We will use our senses to identify and remember each plant, as well as discuss their uses and contraindications for healing, and where possible find them growing in-situ on our afternoon walk on Sunday. So please wear clothing that would suit walking, and bring some drinking water.

Your guides will keep you safe whilst you spend the time alone on a true Quest for meaning and connection to Spirit and Self! A Vision Quest is as spiritually deep as you are able to go, and will help deepen your practice and journey from any level of awareness.

This is a time for Prayer and of separation from society. 

The Gift of giving yourself some ’Time Out’ can be profound- these Quests help people to see their opportunities more clearly and to make big life decisions; they increase overall awareness and of noticing the Language of the World; we can face our strengths and weaknesses and also find Peace on our Quest. You may even receive a profound Vision from Great Spirit, as many have before you.
